When you join an online group course, you will have access to our learning platform – including video lessons, exercises and course materials – for the entire duration of the course, plus an additional 14 days after the course ends.
If you decide to continue with the next level, your access will automatically be extended. You will also gain access to the learning materials for your new course, again for the full duration of the course plus 14 days after completion.
If you miss a group lesson, you can easily catch up using our online platform. There, you will find learning materials and short video lessons explaining the most important topics covered in class.
You can also contact your teacher by e-mail at any time if you have questions or need additional support.
Yes! You can join the lessons using your smartphone. While a larger screen can be more convenient, online classes also work perfectly well on a phone. Simply click the link you receive from us to join the session.

Yes! You can either pay for the course in one single payment or choose a monthly instalment plan – the perfect solution if you plan to study with us long-term and prefer to spread the cost over time.

This is possible thanks to the DOORZAAM Dutch Language Budget. Three times a year, DOORZAAM makes funding available to help temporary agency workers learn Dutch.
Many of our students choose our individual course, which includes one-to-one lessons with a teacher and one year of access to our online learning platform with exercises and study materials.
If you are eligible for the training budget, you can follow this entire package completely free of charge!
Contact us and, together with your employment agency, we will take care of all the necessary arrangements.

After completing the course, you can take an online exam on our platform. You have two attempts, and if you achieve a score of at least 75%, you will receive a personalised certificate that you can download directly from the platform.
At the lower levels (A0–A2), the exams mainly consist of multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions. At the higher levels (B1–B2), the exams also include open-ended questions and writing assignments.
For the higher-level exams, your answers are first reviewed by an examiner. You will then receive feedback and your final score. Once you achieve a score of 75% or higher, your certificate will become available for download.
Our online lessons take place via Zoom. Simply log in to our platform and click the Zoom link provided in your course – it is always easy to find. You will then be taken directly to the virtual classroom.
You can also download the free Zoom app, which works on laptops, tablets and smartphones.
If you choose a group course, you don’t have to worry about large classes. Our rule is simple: a maximum of 6 participants per group.
This allows us to keep our classes small and personal, with plenty of individual attention and opportunities for active participation. Most groups consist of 5 to 6 participants.
